I began my media career as Vice Magazine's first Fashion Director in 2004. Since then my work has been published in the New York Times, Fast Company, The Fader, Inc. Magazine, and more.
In 2008 I published my first book with Kickstarter co-founder Perry Chen called "No Regrets" (Grand Central / Hachette Books). My book tour included being featured on Howard Stern, Last Call with Carson Daly, MTV and publications such as The New York Times, Paper Magazine and The Onion.
As the General Manager at SPIN Media's flagship site (Formerly BuzzMedia), I cultivated a UGC-driven audience that offered a focused outlet for young, female influencers. Blending entertaining editorial with the business of online media allowed me to seamlessly integrate advertising, integrated marketing, and social reach with fast-paced programming.
As Pharrell Williams' Marketing Director for the last five years, I developed partnerships, strategized digital activations, and oversaw content for both Pharrell and i am OTHER — a multi-media creative collective that serves as an umbrella for all his collaborative endeavors, including all film and television projects, the UN and UN Foundation, Apple, Beats 1, artist development, Billionaire Boys Club & ICECREAM apparel, Bionic Yarn, educational foundational From One Hand to AnOTHER (FOHTA), FriendsWithYou, dedicated YouTube channel, and ongoing collaborations with Adidas, Chanel, Richard Mille, Collette, Goyard, KAWS, Galerie Perrotin, and more. Working for Pharrell on our all-female creative team was and still is the best career experience of my life.
